WFT Capital Cost Reduction - A program that targets the reduction of allocated capital assets dedicated to the use and support of an SAP Landscape, through the use of innovative and proven technologies.
SAP Virtulization - Reducing the amount of servers and storage needed to support your SAP environment through the use of virtualization. Simple enough concept but the question becomes "how do I know what can be virtualized and what cannot be virtualized"? WFT will analyze your SAP Landscape so you will know exactly how you can reduce your server and storage footprint. Allowing you to save in overall maintenance, server management, data center power and cooling, storage growth and most important reallocation of existing assets for other projects.
Performance and Capacity Tiering - What does this mean? It means implementing different storage tiers to reduce your overall storage cost and still allow for optimal performance. WFT will assess and design your SAP storage environment so you will know exactly what can be tiered. Our design will map your performance and capacity requirements allowing you to save on overall storage costs.
Server Repurposing - The ability to re-allocate QA, Development, Test and/or less critical servers to become production in case of a failure or disaster. Repurposing can occur either locally or remotely (used in Disaster Recovery scenarios). WFT will assess your server environment so you will know exactly which servers can be repurposed and how the repurposing will occur. This design allows for the multiple use of existing SAP assets reducing your overall server cost.
WFT has developed these and other solutions that allow our SAP customers to reduce capital costs. These solutions begin with a Landscape Design to help understand where you are today, where you need to be and how to get there.
